In 2013 Teresa's food journey began and The Gourmet Entertainer was born. Teresa started by designing a range of individually crafted small batch unique bold condiments, including her signature Fennel Masala Jam. The Gourmet Entertainer has always been about careful ingredient sourcing, and began by sourcing ingredients direct from farmer and preparing the ingredients from scratch.
Now, Teresa is a food developer and certified graphic designer. She creates product from concept through to shelf ready.
For the past 4 years she has been undertaking food compound research and is now innovating new health solutions using natural foods.
