Cocoa nibs are the partially ground cocoa beans that are the source of all natural chocolate products. Vanuatu cocoa nibs are organic by default, being procured from remote the volcanic islands in Vanuatu. They are hand processed, retaining a higher quantity of cocoa butter which mitigates the bitterness normally associated with nibs. They have a creaminess to the crunchy texture and intense nutty and chocolaty flavour.
Sprinkle on yogurt, add to trail mix or granola, blend into smoothies, snack on with dried berries, or add to baked goods for extra texture and taste.
