Australian grown dehydrated red fleshed apple with cranberry and pistachio in coconut coated with yoghurt. Generous cubes of confectionery with 5-6 slices of red fleshed apple. Aussie grown red fleshed apple is curated from South Australian grown and process resources (The Adelaide Hills). While the apple is very pretty, it is also high in anti-oxidants. It is therefore non-browning and no treatment is required to retain the colour through the drying process. The apple is tangy and “bright” on the palate. It pairs beautifully with the sweetness of the confectionery.
